Terms of Service

By accessing or using DevBridge AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

DevBridge AI is an AI-powered client intake platform that helps developers collect, classify, and formalize bug reports and feature requests from their clients. The Service includes a web dashboard, an embeddable widget, API access, and MCP server integration.

2. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use the Service
• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Upload malicious code or content
• Abuse the AI capabilities (prompt injection attacks, generating harmful content)
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Exceed rate limits or use automated scripts to overload the Service

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit through the Service (tickets, comments, attachments). We claim no ownership over your data. The DevBridge AI software, branding, and documentation are our intellectual property.

5. Free Tier

The free tier includes 1 project and 50 tickets per month. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with 30 days’ notice. Free accounts inactive for 12 months may be suspended.

6. Self-Hosted Deployments

Self-hosted deployments are provided “as-is”. You are responsible for your own infrastructure, security, and data backups. We provide documentation and community support but no SLA for self-hosted installations.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
