We collect information you provide directly:

• Account information (name, email, organization name)
• Project configurations and prompt templates
• Support tickets and session data submitted through the widget
• Comments and attachments added to tickets

We automatically collect:

• Browser type and version (via the widget)
• Page URL where the widget is embedded
• Console errors (when enabled by the project owner)
• Viewport dimensions

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the DevBridge AI platform
• To process and formalize bug reports and feature requests
• To send notifications about ticket status changes
• To improve our AI models and service quality
• To communicate with you about your account

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (work factor 12). API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. AI provider keys are encrypted server-side.

Self-hosted deployments give you full control over data storage and location.

4. Third-Party Services

We may share data with:

• AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for conversation processing — only the message content is sent
• Email service providers (Resend) for notifications
• Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (authentication tokens). No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics cookies. The widget uses no cookies at all.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to data processing

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
